I use Reason 3 (at this moment, version 4 is also available)

It's a great tool to make your own music, by using many kinds of synthesizers, and effects. It's a little harder to use it for sound effects, but it will be possible as your experience increases.

Unfortunatly it's not free, but you can always start looking for a torrent :evil: :oops:

I also use Goldwave, which is a wave-editor, that isn't free either AFAIK.

I use the various EJay products for music (EJay Techno, or EJay Dance).

I collect CDs of sound effects when I see them at cheap computer software sales. I have about 5 different sound collections.

Goldwave is shareware, free to use but can also pay (I think the free version has a limit on how much you can use it per session).

Oh.. in that case, i guess i've cracked it (with keygen), but i don't remember doing it :lol:

BTW: You can also check Renoise. It's really easy to learn, but i don't think it's free. :?
