      Voted as well - I don't use a strict ECS in my engine (bit of a blend) but I do use the pattern for quite a lot of things (physics, renderable, AI etc) - specifically down the line between a server and a client.

      Observers + messages + systems + components make for a powerful combo!

      I might end up wishing I'd gone for a more strict ECS pattern as/if I/people begin to write different games and make more complex entities
