Why would anyone object? <.<
Congrats! :)
Unfortunately, I don't use MS Office/Powerpoint, or else I would give it a look. :)
Thanks, Will, I appreciate it very much. :)
As for switching to Linux.. I would if they could ever decide on a desktop UI standard that actually didn't suck. Same with a Windows environment where...
Yep. That will work, too, for those who use FireFox, anyway. :)
Just FYI, I would suggest to everyone to blackhole the kokosina.in domain if you continue using this forum until it is fixed. (add the following line to your hosts file in the...
WILL, you REALLY need to fix this ASAP. Your site is attacking your users *right now*. It's not a cosmetic issue; there's a malicious piece of code that your site is serving to your users every time...
I'll be in the chat room if anyone needs more info. Not going to keep refreshing the page here since I have to do so with AV off.
Well, no malicious stuff installed on my system, but it's just a matter of time with that injection hole sitting there.
Yep, that's it. Read the thread on the vbulletin.com site I posted above; it's a widespread problem, and it can be a very nasty infection for users if they don't have updated software/AV.

Just noticed that PGD is still running the highly exploitable 4.1.3 version of VB.
You guys have GOT...
Visited the homepage, and got a series of redirects through a bunch of sites without me doing anything, and I discovered a very suspicious script in the html for the home page:

Yeah, it's what I get from my server provider, it works, and is what my customers like, so.. DirectAdmin is better resource-wise, but I'm not really tasking the server.
GoDaddy is a mixed bag; it really depends on whom you're sharing the server with, and that can change over time. Some sites can be excruciatingly slow. GoDaddy is all about quantity over quality.

On that note, is there a formal language definition (EBNF or otherwise) for the grammar and a basic platform interface (RTL)?
I think a good question would be if RemObjects would be receptive to someone coming up with a native compiler and IDE for the Oxygene language. Like maybe porting it to the FP/Laz platform.
I've been watching CodeRage 6 this week. I was thinking about how cool it would be to do a webinar for FP/Lazarus and have language demonstrations, middleware presentations, and application demos,...
I'd buy it if they included the "Software Assurance" thing in the purchase price for up to one year. Having to buy that in addition just to get updates is not economically feasible (read: rip off).
I think he meant Object Pascal, not Object-Oriented Programming. OP instead of OOP :P
Well, if you are referring to them only in the present tense, then sure. However, for historical references, it makes sense to distinguish between the various iterations of the company that has owned...
With these kinds of policies, they are going to stay a small company, too.
There is no reason why they can't backport a vast majority of bugfixes, unless they are doing something really dumb, like...
Sorry, I don't do Farcebook. 8)
Cute. :)
Sadly, a few of those items aren't as far-fetched as one might think. <.<
I asked my account rep that question and he said they were available, but couldn't tell me how, since, according to the website, you do have to have the subscription to access ANY updates. It doesn't...
I should point out that not even the market leader in development tools, Microsoft, with its Visual Studio 2010 Professional product, has this problem. They *DO* have extra support options and...
Subscriptions, in theory, are fine AFTER THE FIRST YEAR. It is stupid to pay full price for a product and not get ANY updates/upgrades (let alone support) for it for the first year without ALSO...
