Download DirectX SDK from MS. There is utility to make them: fedit.exe
There are only 10 types of people in this world; those who understand binary and those who don't.

    Force feedback

    Hi,

I have got the sdk and can create them, but i would like to be able to either create or manipulate them during runtime, other wise i would have to create an effect for every bump and scrape and this could mean a lot of effect files.
