Afterwarp Interactive has released a rather nice effects demo using their, yet to be released AsphyrePro library. The Clouds Demo shows some of the new library's features.

Asphyre and it's soon to come replacement, AsphyrePro are both Direct3D based graphical and non-graphical component suites for the development of games using Delphi.
