It ships with a Turbo Pascal IDE, but if you want a more modern IDE built for FreePascal, you need to use Lazarus - http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/

Well it's not exactly TP IDE
But it's like a clone to it. Uses it's own Free Vision(like the old Turbo Vision but 32 bit and cross-platform)
