While checking through the list of competitors I visited some of their websites. As such, I came across the Darthman Russian ( please correct me if I am wrong ) site.
It has quite a few examples of Delphi being used with OpenGL and DirectX, like within the demo scene and of course games, which all look very professionally done.

Very funny, but at my site more than one year is leading DELPHI game development contest. We are lead 12 contests.
