    Online chessboard

Hello! I would like to present my online chessboard made with Flash Pascal 2.

The chessboard has an arbitrator who shows legal moves and indicates the result of the game. But there is no artificial opponent.

The chessboard is available in several languages:

If you are interested you can download the source code.

Please report bugs if there are.

    It works with Gnash. But I see there's a bug somewhere (or may be it is a rule I don't know; I don't play chess very often).Screenshot - 200716 - 14:03:58.png
I can move any piece except the horse over the pawn.

Thank you for your answer and for trying my program.

Yes, it seems to be a bug. But I have no idea of what the bug could be. Anyway thank you for reporting. I will try to find the problem.

    I didn't know Gnash. Interesting!

Corrected a bug in the castling management (but still looking for the first bug reported).

Too lazy to update the web page. Here is the corrected version, with a simple Delphi (XE2) Flash player, in case someone is interested.

I can tell you more about the bug.

It happened more times. It always happened when drag a piece to a non-legal movement, but not release the piece, go back to the starting point. Some times it "snaps" to the wrong place, then you can't move that misplaced piece.

Didn't look at the sources yet.

I see. Thank you very much. Now I should be able to find and correct the bug.

I intended to fix that but I couldn't reproduce it.
