Have you ever been to the GLScene's website? The most recent files aren't there, but they point you to their CVS repo hosted at Sourceforge. You can browse it via your webbrowser here.

I suggest you to install TortoiseCVS and configure it so that you can have a local copy of the repository on your disk. Remeber to update the local copy so you can stay up-to-date (although this project seems kinda dead - they only do bugfixes, but not too often either).

Bazbazus, I can see you're interested in GLScene. Yep, it's really cool for beginners, but why don't you try Irrlicht instead? There are ports for Delphi, too. You might also take interest in DXCore - an engine based on Irrlicht made by one of the guys from here. Here's the thread.
