I am going to try it ASAP...I have always wanted docking in Lazarus - was one of my pet hates not having it after using Delphi
I will have to see if I can compile my prototype for The Probe using this new version LOL
cheers,
Paul

This is good news. I really hope I can get lazarus to work properly on my windows machine (Right now it gives sigsegv errors when I want to debug). The docking feature sounds very interesting. Especially because I had problems on Ubuntu with the many windows that were created by Laz (which had to be restored individually after alt-tabbing to another program).

Well, the docking seems great! All I have to do now is debug my game doesn't crash when running using Lazarus

Nope, I used an AVG virusscanner and I'm still using the PC-Tools Firewall plus. Disabling it doesn't help.
I have tried to debug with Lazarus in safe-mode and it went perfectly fine. It seems that some program is messing things up. I would love to know where I should start looking. Testing against all differences between normal boot and safe-mode just seems too much work.
Suggestions anyone? I'd really appreciate it!!
Edit: Other programs I run include Skype, DeamonTools, webcam software, Hamachi etc..
