They are supposed to be "The Independent Game Developers Association" for Europe, but their membership fees are quite steep, if you ask me, especially for startups of maybe 2-3 people.

Didn't even know it existed. But then I hardly check for such sites. I'm in any case not considering becoming a member due to the mentioned financial requirement.
On a more critical note,.. I find the whole site a bit hard on the eyes. Definitely not an easy read.
when i saw topic title i thought it was another "TGA" loader, but it is just badly psycho designed website..
