I really like the way that the DGL has laid out there project format and I think that sort of layout would work well here. in the project form only the creator can post, and he/she can keep an on going log of the status of his project with out everyone else cluttering up the thread. In the Opinions of projects, Others are free to comment or as questions. further more I think that the first entry of the project should summarise the project as a whole and be edited to reflect it's current status.
