Hey all,
I recently found a video show some really rad game play and fluid physics in a game called Shooter by PixelJunk (Q-Games) (just a shame it is only for the PS3!):

I managed to contact someone at PixelJunk, and he said that a SIGGRAPH talk was done about the fluids and lighting not that long ago :)
Hi Paul,
Thanks for getting in touch, because I have some good news for you! One of our programmers, Jaymin Kessler, did a talk at Siggraph this past year about this very subject. Plus, he was awesome enough to put it up on the web for everyone to see.

I hope that helps!
