Actually i don't see any information about supported programming languages at all.

Yes. But it is necessary to convert header-file in pas-file.

API may be used by any programming language which allows to include external DLL.

Anyone interested in Pascal support can use my version of header and wrapper named MagicZen and placed on extra page (http://zengl.org/extra.html) with other additions for ZenGL.
