View Full Version : Moving to OpenGL 3.2

I am teaching CG at the university, and I decided that now is the time to move from OpenGL 2 to 3.2. Now, since only recently all major platforms support 3.2. Now they do, and that makes 3.2 the new baseline.

But how... How do I teach 3.2? I fear that the starting point becomes a lot worse that before. Also, I don't have any clear material to work from, only some lists of deprecated calls. Suggestions? Ideas? Opinions?

I also strongly consider supporting FPC as alternative to C (that is supporting both), but that's another story.
