Thats right boys and girls, the super friendly people at the Lazarus Project have created a new user friendly, self-installing package of Lazarus for Linux. Based off of the Loki type installer concept!

Gone are the days of tedious sifting through RPMs funny directories and other brain-wracking experiments that can drive even the most ingenious developer's mind into oblivion. Ok maybe it wasn't that bad, but if you're not a Linux guru it was for sure, almost a hell to install and get it working at times.

"The packages can update themselves from CVS at install time, making this easy and painless."

Sounds good to me. :)

Last version released was for Free Pascal 1.9.6 with a new win32 installer.
