Does any body know where can I finde source code form any 2D top-down view game writen in pascal:?:

Probably the best place is the examples that come with the various graphics libraries.

For example DelphiX and Omega have quite a few examples that show game like programs. The code tends to be easier to follow, as it is to the point.

A fully worked out game can get quite complicated and usually is not written with teaching/learning in mind.

Any gametype in particular? A space shooter is not anywhere near as difficult as a rpg or rts game. As a result games in the first category are plenty to find, the second are not.
However there are quite a few sites available (including mine) with source codes of (isometric) tilemaps, that may at least get you started with games of that last category.
