NVidia ('http://developer.nvidia.com/page/home.html') recently released three sample chapters from the upcoming GPU Gems 2 ('http://developer.nvidia.com/object/gpu_gems_2_home.html')-Book, which aims mainly at advanced graphics-/gameprogrammers and will contain some very interesting topics on about 880 pages.

The chapters released are :

Especially chapter 8 (which many people already know as parallax mapping) and 14 should be of intereset for all those how already use programmable shaders.
