Alexey Barkovoy (aka Clootie) has released his translated DirectX SDK August 2005 Update.
Recent changes include:
<ul> Fixed: D3DX_SKIP_DDS_MIP_LEVELS and constants - dow D3DX allows to skip "upper" mip levels when loading a DDS file. Added: ID3DXEffect.SetRawValue - "Fast path for setting variables directly in ID3DXEffect" Added: ID3DXTextureGutterHelper.ResampleTex[/list]
