Well it seems that the FlipCode ('URL') site has shut down after so many years of great community support.

The site will be missed, not only for it's infamous 'Image Of The Day' feature, but for the great many resources that came form it by it's community members.

Their forum posts and articles will be left up as an archive. However there has been no defined amount of time specified for this.

Rumours abound have speculated that the issue that sparked the shutdown was the fact that while the site's administrator was on vacation, the site was hacked. Since there was far little updating for the past while he decided to close up shop.

This is definatly sad indeed. I use to go to this site all the time for tid bits of info to convert to pascal. it will be sad indeed to lose thise site :(. I hope another pops up to pick up the slack

it doesn't work for me either:

The requested URL /URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

which should be:
