Graphic Remedy ('http://www.gremedy.com/') has recenlty released Version 2.0 of their OpenGL Debugging Tool. New features in this version are new performance graphs and hardware vendor specific performance data (right now for NVidia and 3DLabs, those are exposed via the driver) including idle time of the GPU/CPU, memory consumption, loaded textures, etc.

Although gDEBugger is rather expensive (490$ for a single license) it's very usefull for especially bigger projects as it let's you easily find problems and bottlenecks in your OpenGL applications. To test it out you can download a 30 days trial on their homepage.

An additional note : Older versions (at least for me) wouldn't work with OpenGL applications written in Delphi, but since the 2.0 (betas) this also works fine. So this could well be a nice tool for us OpenGL and Pascal users too.
