If you remember the PGD DogFight competition you may remember a company called 3Impact ('http://www.3Impact.com'), who are the makers of an easy to use complete Game Engine that one copy was sponsored for the above mentioned compo.

The most interesting is the fact that the engine now is also available as a DLL and therefore can be used with more than the already supported (Delphi support was in before) programming languages.
The engine is very easy to use and at only 99$ it's also affordable. The only ''drawbacks'' (depending in your personal opionion) are the facts that it uses DirectX and is not expendable, so you won't be able to add new features yourself. A trial is also available by request.
