I recently stumbled across Far Colony ('http://farcolony.sourceforge.net/'), a space exploration and strategy game in the vein of ''Master of Orion'' and ''Ascendancy'' (both two of my all-time favorites).
The game has been in the makings for some longer time now and is being actively developed (at least the news indicates this). It is coded with Delphi and uses glScene for rendering.
You can already download a rather up-to-date (from July) Alpha version of the game which is playable and should give you at least a basic glimpse on what the game is about. So if you're into that type of games then watch the progress of Far Colony, as it has a lot of potential.
