Gamasutra ('http://www.gamasutra.com') has a new cover feature up which explains how substance and style relate to game design. It was written by Tynan Sylvester and is a good read for all those out there that are interested in game design.

The article itself uses some common games (old and new) and shows how those games successfully use substance and/or style (e.g. the ''wow-factor'') to give the player a great experience.
