Clootie has made another update to his DirectX 9 SDK Headers for Delphi and Free Pascal.
The following changes are:
<ul><li>D3DX9 - new D3DXPreprocessShaderFromXXX functions</li><li>updates to XACT beta (Microsoft Cross-Platform Audio Creation Tool)</li><li>Several misc. updates!</li></ul>
