Hi for all..

I am a rookie.., but i wont to use dds files..What code.,., How can i load DDS to Asphyre or DelphiX....Thanx VM

my picture 256*256px (DXTn format)... will be 256Kb(in VRAM), 1/2 or 1/4 * 256KB in RAM ? Thats true ?

DXT2-5 compression is 4:1.
DXT1 is 8:1.

So, your bitmap 256x256 will be 64K in video memory. Surely if your card supports DXTn - but all video cards in recent years do.
