BUT looking it over, it seems like a really great way to get freelance contract work. There is a few listings (15 at the time of my last visit) under 'Delphi'. Might be a great place to do some work on the side for extra cash, or while being unemployed for some useful income.
You can also post a job offer of your own. Rates seem to vary from as much as $0-30 to $5000+ USD... So does the experience level of the site's members.
Might be worth a look if this sort of concept interests you.
