Hi guys,
dunno if it's the right place to post this, admins please move this to a
better location if needed ;)
I found out this tool, called Web Game Builder.
http://www.etiumsoft.com/webgamebuilder.htm
In a few words it transform a standard exe game (Delphi, VB, C++ whatever..)
to an activex viewable as a web app, like a java applet.
It is amazing because in a couple of clicks you can see your standard
delphi game running in a web page (my games works perfectly).
Now, there are 2 issues:
1-i dunno if it's a free version limitation but after 10-15 seconds the
browser close itself (like end process in the task manager) so i'm unsure
if to buy this tool or not.
2-I'm curious to know if some of you know a way to do the same
manually, to convert a game package/folder into activex to be executed
into a web page.
I think this is very interesting because it makes possible to let people try
your game directly into the website before download it! Very useful for
shareware/try before buy stuff!
Wait for comments/infos ;)
