TMDC Results and Congratulations!

The results of the annual text mode demo competition 9 (http://www.taat.fi/tmdc/) are out and we should congratulate our well-known Paulius for winning 2nd place with his Somnium (http://www.taat.fi/tmdc/demos/somnium.zip) entry!

Myself I've been honored twice in this competition - first to make the invitation demo and second to be in the jury, but the glory, of course, is taken by the guys who participated in it. :wink:

I'm not sure if there were other Pascal entries in the compo except Somnium and the invitation demo, anyone?

Wow, I checked his demo out. It was pretty cool. Best parts where the first part up to the castle. Loved the MegaMan-style star effect in the BG! :)

The rest was alright too. Just some of the stuff is done a lot so you don't get the shock and awe effect of it. (Though it was done really well imho)
