Well, I've got my own site that I'm developing, and its one several topics, one of which is Pascal Programming. So, I started writing a tutorial on how to setup FPC, with no IDE's like Lazarus, just pure, command line Free Pascal, with popular libraries like BASS, Jedi-SDL, and etc. I currently have BASS and Jedi-SDL posted, and will be adding tutorials on how to use BASS very soon. Once I learn how to use Jedi-SDL a bit more, then I will also add in a tutorial on how to use Jedi-SDL.

Please post your requests for libraries for me to give tutorials for here, and I will add them. If I like the library enough, I might even post a tutorial on how to use it and not just install it too :D

You can find the tutorials here:
http://forums.designcommunity.co.uk/index.php?showforum=16

and in particular, the How to Setup Free Pascal with Popular Libraries tutorial, here:

Enjoy! And if you register, please provide feedback on my tutorials/site. It is under construction, though... So more content will be going up constantly.
