The folks over at Channel 9 on the MSDN did an interview with Nick Hodges which I found really interesting. Nick gets to talk about the new CodeGear company in brief and what they are doing with Delphi and their migration to Windows Vista and .NET 2.0.
It was recorded on August 17th, 2007 so it's a few months back, but not too dated to be inaccurate I don't think. If you are interested in the future of Delphi go ahead and give it a once over.
