Moved to a more appropriate section and editted the title somewhat, to reflect the subject.

Comrades,
where you host your website? Does GoDaddy.com is the best deal.
I saw that now it costs 3.49$ per month for 2 years contract. :)
But there is lots of disappointed customers that makes me worry a bit.

http://vexxhost.com/ simply the best, tons of features like couldfare integration, ffdshow, unlimited [parked domains, databases, emails]. You should search the internet for discounts.

I use x10VPS (so I can do whatever I want), but if you search for x10hosting you'll find other branches of their business (ie, plain web hosting)

Hmm,I found a PacificHost.com they offer 2.49$/month if you sign up for 3 years. Sure you will get a just 5 domains, but sounds pretty cheap.
x10 Premmium isn't so bad,it will be 140.20$ for 3 years. But I don't have such cash in my budget now.
I guess temporally I will use Blogger and it will cost just 10$ for one year. I think they give pretty good bandwidth limit and for web space I may use Windows Live SkyDrive (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Live_SkyDrive). They give 25GB of free space for files. :)
