If you head over to http://www.caligari.com/, you will now find that Caligari's flagship modeling product is now FREE!!!

Not only that, so are the courses!

Looks like them being bought out has had some kind of effect.

About time! I have always prefered trueSpace over the other 3D applications. It's so much easier to use and still quite powerful :D

They were bought out my Microsoft recently, IIRC, so maybe as part of the deal, they give away the latest version of their product for a limited period of time and then once everyone is hooked, charge for v8.0. Just like being a drug dealer really, first sample is freeeeeee.
