So, was trying to get in to the good old Delphi3D site, but wih no luck, anyone heard any news from them of late?

Seems like it wasn't updated for a year or so, and the forum was flooded with spambots last time I looked there. It's a shame really

it's been down for a while, too bad the opengl capabiity database seems to have been lost :(

you can always/sometime access lost internet pages via archive.org.

should pgd contact the author to save the contents by hosting them on the pgd site? It would be a shame the contents would be lost.
