I was thinking about reviving the SWAG archives and was wondering if there would be an interest for it in the community. Personally I would see it as a way to gather together all Pascal code, be it for FreePascal, Delphi, Turbo Pascal or GNU Pascal compilers.

I always loved the SWAG archives. Some place I still have all of them in DOS and Windows format. Great toolkit to keep around.

Great interest here and a quite good idea.

thank you. I think it would be best to create a SourceForge project. I just sent an email to Gayle Davis (author of the SWAG project) to see if I could import the already existing code into a new SWAG archive (since it has already been done for the online SWAG, I believe it should be ok though). There would be also be a need to host new sections such as LINUX, LINUX MODULES, GNOME/KDE, WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS VISTA(why not...), OPENGL, SDL, ALLEGRO, DIRECTX, etc...
everyone willing to participate is welcome :).
