Who knows about this handheld:
It comes with mini-sd. So what hardware does it run on? Is there an sdk like with the gamepark handhelds or is this an gamepark handheld?

I suppose you're talking about the Dingoo A-320.

It's not made by Gamepark but it's much like a gp2x.

Taken from gbax.com:

The A320 is a cool little mini open handheld which is
especially good for emulating classic systems such as GBA,
NES, Neo-Geo, CPS, Sega etc.

It can be thought of as a faster, smaller GP2X, the manufacturer is hoping it will have a similar following.

We are working on getting MAME, Amiga and Atari working, together with setting up a developing scene for this device.

* CPU - 400MHz with 32MB RAM & 4GB Internal Storage
* Additional Storage - SD/SDHC
* D-Pad, 2 shoulder, 4 face, Start & Select buttons, Mic.
* Stereo Speakers, Headphone & TV-out w/ included cable
* 2.8" LCD, 320x240 resolution, 16M colors
* Battery - 3.7V 1700mAH, approx. 7 hours run time
* Recording - Supports digital recording of voice and radio
* Software Support - Free SDK available
* Size - 4.92in x 2.17in x 0.59in & Weight - 11.53 oz.

The Wiz would be a bit more powerful than the Dingoo. Personally I'm waiting for my Pandora (http://www.openpandora.org) which kicks the Wiz butt ;D

my bad
I saw a dingoo on the topic you linked to and thought you were talking about that. I'm not familiar with the MI2 handheld.
The only info I can find is a google translation of the site that sells it.
It does sound interesting though.
