After some research I wrote a little tools mainly for simple game development on Windows Mobile.
This library include HTC GSensor, DirectDraw and Wave API.
The DirectDraw interface just similar to the Delphix one.
If you want it to work with KOL, you will need some refactoring.

I put the library here with a little game demo.
