wired looking dialog box

i just want to know if this is a metter of Dialog box properites ?
the dialog box appear transparent , i tried the same code with c++ (dev-c++) it works fine

I tried the sample, but the dialog wasn't transparent. However all components showed up twice. As in two listboxes and two close buttons. Only one set could be used though.

(I'm using windows 7 btw)

I also tested it, it's transparent with components showed up twice too.
