Together with new engine version, we also release new view3dscene 3.11.0. view3dscene is our "Swiss army knife", a browser/viewer for 3D files using our engine underneath.

New in this release:
- Many Collada import improvements.
- Geometry shaders.
- "Limit FPS" option, to not exhaust user CPU with your games/tools. Developers control this with TGLApplication.LimitFPS property (see reference for TGLApplicationProcessMessage and TGLApplication.LimitFPS).
- Improvements to compositing shaders extensions.
- More image formats supported out-of-the-box, thanks to FPC fcl-image.
- FPC generics are used everywhere, for all our containers.
- Improvements to use modern OpenGL >= 3 functionality.

Some features planned for engine 3.0.0 (most notably: nice engine tutorial, and classes to comfortably add creatures AI) had to be postponed to later engine 3.1.0. So, be on the lookout for next engine release too!
