  • Freepascal meets SDL Gets Some Updates

    For those of you who don't know, there is a great little site on working with SDL with Free Pascal called 'Freepascal meets SDL' with lots of tutorials and lessons on how to get started. It had been a while since it was updated regularly, but updates have been coming more recently lately. This site is a great resource for all those new to Pascal and want to start making games. SDL is a great way to get started with that next step beyond all those fun 'Hello World' programs and into the world of graphics!

    Lesson 1 introduces you to SDL and tells you how to get everything setup while lessons 2 through 8 will give you gradually increasing new features to explore. This is a great place to get your feet wet before moving on to the big projects.
