It has to do with the XML Mapper and a change concerning the changed behavior of throwing an exception when the persistant field size is incorrect. Maybe not important for most of us game developers, but if you use it you are pretty much in trouble..Workaround is on BDN (link above).

Well yet again...
Borland released a 'fixed' 7.1 Update today. They removed the exception because it caused to much problems for people porting their applications.
