    DirectX Form fsStayOnTop

I cant seem to keep forms on top of the main form in DirectX, is this a problem related to full screen DirectX? If so, how can I get around it. When not using DX fsStayOnTop works fine?

I need to be able to drag from one form to another and at the moment this is proving difficult.

DirectX in exclusive mode bypasses Windows' window handling to a certain extent. In general it's not a good idea to use windows in a full-screen app, but if you absolutely have to do that, try to make the DirectX window not fullscreen. Instead make it windowed and resize it to fill the screen. That should do the trick.
