Free Pascal DS Compiler - Please help! :)

Ok, sorry if such a thread already exists, but I'm really too lazy to search around for the correct solution of my problem.
I already installed DevkitPro/DevkitARM and extracted the fpc4nds folder to C:
Now my problem is, I have really NO IDEA what to do, so I can compile the examples... Or just how to set up the Compiler. I googled nearly a whole day but couldnt find anything that helps. So hopefully you can help me now
