NVidia recently released three sample chapters from the upcoming GPU Gems 2-Book, which aims mainly at advanced graphics-/gameprogrammers and will contain some very interesting topics on about 880 pages.

The chapters released are :
<ul>[*]Chapter 8 : Per-Pixel Displacement with Distance Functions[*]Chapter 14 : Dynamic Ambient Occlusion and Indirect Lighting[*]Chapter 29 : Streaming Architectures and Technology Trends[/list]

Especially chapter 8 (which many people already know as parallax mapping) and 14 should be of intereset for all those how already use programmable shaders.
