server probably went down for a few mins. this is a shared hosting enviroment (but with a 99% uptime)

later this day the server didn't respond at all. but now everything is in best order! the site is indeed very fast

After looking into it, there are some Network Latency issues going on over at The Planet.

problems with the datacenter network, not the hosting company. should be back to normal in a few hours
