That's just odd. Not as funny as Star Wars Kid, but odd.
I saw this awhile back... Check Newgrounds.com for a Numa Numa collection. They have a version with better audio quality, and is a little more in syncronization.

This one was old even when i saw it (i haven't been reading the forums lately). The band wich made the song is called Ozone and they are from Moldova but they speak Romanian, the song is quite funny without that guy singing it lol.
