For all you Australian pascal developers out there. The May 2005 edition of the magazine APC comes with a copy of Delphi 2005 Personal Edition on the DVD. You still have to obtain a license from Borland to run it but thats the only thing required to use it for free.

I would suggest reading up on the license terms for using this application as you can only use it for Personal and not Commercial usage.
