its still there, but updated slowly. ask McClaw on this forum, hes the one who maintains it

Maarten (McClaw) is now spending his time on the development of a full FPS game. He also works full time so he propbably has no time for updating sulaco at the moment. As far as I know their team is 4 or 5 people (most based in South Africa - but at least one in the UK). The game is being done in Delphi.

I'm sure, like always, there is plenty going on under the tapistry than what we all see. They normally have signifigant pauses in their updates, but they always come back.
