Quake 2 Tools

Lately, I've been playing around with the Delphi translation of the Quake 2 source code. Now I'm wondering if anybody knows if the source code to the Quake 2 tools like the BSP compiler, VIS tool and Radiosity tool is also available.

I've checked out the id software website and they do offer the source code for the quake 3 tools but not for quake 2. Since there are modified versions of these tools on the web, I'm pretty sure the source is out there somewhere, but I've googled it and couldn't find anything.
