Omega for DX9 very soon

Hello!

Our forum member 'light' has made a conversion of Omega for DX9.
We are currently testing it, but I think we'll have soon an OmegaDX9 package. We'll also keep and continue the DX8 version, too.

Hello Sly,

I think your conversion had some bugs. I tested it and had some problems, I remember.

Light's conversion seems to work until now.

Since you also have some experience about it, maybe you could have a look at the new DX9 version if you find a bug or maybe you can make some optimizations.
